2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our Services.
3. Account Registration
Some Services require creating an account or providing secure login credentials to your website. You agree to:

Keep your account details secure
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account or website access unless caused by our negligence.
4. Payments & Billing
All payment plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
By subscribing, you authorize WP Maintain Hero to automatically charge your payment method until you cancel.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or agreed upon in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide necessary website access (WordPress login, hosting login, etc.)
Use legitimate, licensed themes and plugins
Not engage in illegal or malicious activity through your website
If your site contains malware, we may require cleanup before service begins or charge an additional fee.
6. Support & Response Times
We aim to provide timely support and updates. Response times may vary based on service plan level.
Service is provided during normal business hours unless noted otherwise.
7. Backups & Security
We make reasonable efforts to secure, back up, and maintain your website.
However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee prevention of all cyberattacks, downtime, data loss, or third-party service outages.
You agree that WP Maintain Hero is not liable for:
Hosting provider issues
Plugin/theme developer issues
Conflicts from third-party code
Events outside our control
8. Plan Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by contacting us at support@wpmaintainhero.com.
Upon cancellation:
Service ends at the end of the current billing period
Access credentials may be removed
Software licenses provided through WP Maintain Hero will no longer apply
9. Intellectual Property
All WP Maintain Hero branding, graphics, content, and materials are owned by WP Maintain Hero.
You retain ownership of all content on your website.
10. Third-Party Services
We may integrate or configure third-party tools (hosting, plugins, analytics, security services, etc.).
We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or actions of these third-party providers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Maintain Hero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including:
Loss of revenue
Loss of data
Business interruptions
Security breaches outside our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the past 3 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WP Maintain Hero harmless from any claims arising from:
Your website content
Your misuse of the Services
Violations of laws or third-party rights
